An Email Redesign for BMW
Using data from their half million subscribers, I led the redesign of BMW’s emails to increase click rates and overall effectiveness. We started with a visual refresh that maximized the targets’ statistically high bandwidth to deliver impactful imagery. We then focused on content, updating the various email streams to engage the audience better.
