Ice Cream for Adventure
Astronauts, outdoor enthusiasts, and children visiting science museums have enjoyed freeze-dried ice cream for decades. But there was a gap in the market for a high-quality version with clean ingredients that would be better for people and the planet.
Cosmik began with a Kickstarter campaign to introduce the world’s first organic freeze-dried ice cream to market. With a hybrid model of traditional retail and direct-to-consumer sales, the product was available online, on Amazon, and at over 200 stores nationwide, including REI and NASA’s Houston Space Center.
